The Construction Team

On the construction site, Lawson has a crew of experienced workers who work together with tried and true subcontractors to build a high quality product. This integrity has ensured customer satisfaction down to the last detail.

The Master Plan - Working closely with the landowner, Lawson goes to the site of each new home and helps develop a master plan with the owner. Instead of beginning construction based on guesswork for the site and utilities, Lawson plans the house orientation and placement, well, septic, phone and underground power line sites before any construction begins.

Site Development and Evaluation

Tim is in charge of site development and site evaluation. With Lawson since 1989, he proudly stands alongside his new company truck. Tim directs crew and subcontractors on road building, pads, septic tanks, well drilling and water and electrical distribution.
 

Project Manager

Dennis is Lawson's project manager. Once the site is evaluated, Dennis then orders materials for construction and follows through from start to finish of the project. He assures that each home is built to top-quality Lawson standards. Here Dennis is (center) with the crew as trusses are being set in place. He's worked for Lawson since 1995.

Carpenters

Steve is an apprentice carpenter doing the framing, siding and decking on the job sites.

Greg is another carpenter who has been a member of the Lawson construction team since 2005. Here he is installing windows on a bed & breakfast inn being built near El Portal on the Merced River.

Plumbing

Jimmy is the master plumber for Lawson. He installs all plumbing from rough in, top out and setting finish. He's worked for the company since 1998.
