Currently one
of our most popular designs, the Farmhouse I
offers such amenities as horizontal lap
siding, covered front patio with picket
railings, vinyl windows, central heat and
air, custom insulated front door with etched
glass, custom oak cabinets with melamine
interiors, vaulted ceiling in the
living/dining room, appliances, indoor
laundry/pantry, colonist doors, separated
bedroom wings, and two full baths. The
garage is insulated, sheetrocked and painted
and includes a sectional steel door. The design can
be further customized to your
specifications, as can all the Lawson homes. |

Extremely
adaptable, the Farmhouse I can be
sited to complement and enhance the
treescape and local hilly terrain, as in
this case with a raised foundation. As with
all Lawson homes, the Farmhouse I is energy
efficient with 2x6 exterior walls,
Tyvek house wrap, R-19 wall/R30 ceiling
insulation and central heat and air.
