The Sierra
IV provides 1,768 sq. ft. of comfortable
living space for a growing family or active
retired couple. It features 3 bedrooms, 2
full baths, indoor laundry/utility room, and
vaulted ceilings. As with all Lawson homes,
each Sierra IV home is energy
efficient and built with 2' x 6' exterior
walls, Tyvek house wrap, R-19 wall and R-30
ceiling insulation and central heat and air.
