I am always
willing to tell anybody and everybody how
much I love the house Dave Lawson built for
us. Dave and his staff are easy to deal
with and very informative on things in
building that most of us are not familiar
with.
My husband and
I have several friends involved in the
building trades. Of course they all
inspected our house as it was going up and
all were impressed with the quality of
workmanship and told us we were getting a
quality house.
We have
been in our home for a year and even now
when there is a problem with the house, I
just call Sue and the problem is taken care
of. Thankfully, these problems have been
small and easy to take care of, and
according to others I've talked to, not
unusual in a new house. I would recommend
Dave Lawson Construction to anyone who wants

After living
in the mountains for 20 years and purchasing
ready-built homes, we decided to purchase
land and have a home built. Since I worked
for a business that sold building supplies,
I had contact with all the contractors. I
chose the one that I felt would do the best
job for the best price. I love my home.
It was also
a challenge to build on the side of the
mountain. Dave knew just how to place the
home to take advantage of my beautiful view.
I have since sent many clients to him. All
those whome I have sent to Dave have been
extremely happy. He had my home built in
90 days - turn key!

Dave
Lawson built our home in Mariposa while we
were living in southern California. We
had our initial meetings in person, but once
work began on our home, the majority of
communications with Lawson Construction were
done by phone or fax. Whenever (several
times) Sue Distaso received a fax from us
with changes she was wonderful about going
over all the items by phone with us to make
sure we both agreed on what was to be done.
Not only were they marvelous to work
with, but the work was always done in a
timely manner with care given to detail and
fine workmanship.
Weather
conditions were adverse during the time our
home was built -- freezing temperatures,
snow and ice -- but our home was still
completed ahead of schedule. We have
occupied our home for eight months and have
had no problems arise due to their
workmanship. We are proud of our home
and our association with Dave Lawson and now
consider him a personal friend. We would
personally recommend Lawson to anyone
desiring a lovely home built in this area.
