By holding a General Engineering Contractor License in addition to a General Building Contractor License, we are able to manage, coordinate and execute for all of your construction needs, from initial site evaluation to a turn key new home. When it comes time to install all of the items needed to prepare your property for construction, it can quickly become overwhelming. We will work with you to coordinate all site development and ensure a design and installation that will comply with all current standards. Starting with an initial site evaluation, we will help you to identify a building site and orientation for your new home that best utilizes the natural features of your property.

Weathered Shell

the perfect solution for building on a budget.

Start your project now and complete it in phases as your budget allows. Here's how it works. We build you a complete weathered in shell which includes a foundation, framing, roof cover, installed windows, exterior doors with lock sets, garage door(s) and exterior paint. Then you finish the interior as time and money allows. You have the option to complete it yourself or bring us in to complete it when you're ready.
